Hello - I have a question regarding the vivosmart HR and/or the garmin connect app. I got this device for Christmas, set it up, and gave it a test today. I did a very intense cardio workout (tony Horton - 22 minute hard corps, cardio 3) and was very disappointed when I looked at the report afterward. The device didn't seem to register my heart rate properly and the report showed a total moving time of 00:00. I know the heart rates can be a little wonky, but is it normal to show 00:00 minutes if moving time when doing a cardio workout? My total calorie burn was only 132......I cannot imagine that is accurate. Does anyone know of any tricks or setting to tweak to make things more accurate?
