Edge 1000 - updated to 11.20 - Time now 7 hours out

I updated my Edge 1000 to 11.20. Now the time is 7 hours out. e.g. Should be 3:46pm, but showing 10:46pm.

Probably a timezone issue.

I checked on Garmin Connect on my iPhone, and also checked Garmin Connect on the web, but both look correct.

How do I fix this?

The issue occurred after the update to 11.20, which I did about an hour ago.

The time and date are set automatically based on the GPS position.

Go outdoors to an open area.
The front of the device should be oriented toward the sky.

Wait while the device locates satellites.
It may take 30–60 seconds to locate satellite signals.

Fixed it

I went outside, got a GPS lock, and then the time updated correctly.

All good.
