I was wondering if there's a way to see Running Dynamics stats (the precise numbers) for each individual lap, instead of for the whole interval workout - which tends to include the rest period. I did a few intervals today with couple minutes jogging rest, but I only want to know the running dynamics (cadence, oscillation, stride length, etc) for the intervals themselves. I can't figure out a way to do in in Garmin Connect. Does anyone know?
If you are using the web, you can find it under "Splits" when viewing your workout. If you are using Connect app on your phone, go to Splits and then rotate your phone to landscape mode.
