Garmin Connect APP - Access denied on Xaiomi note 2

Hi,
I cant enter the Garmin connect app using my xaiomi phone (andorid 5.0.2).
it seems like a permission problem

"net::ERR_ACCESS_DENIED"

This is the first time i am using Garmin watch, i have a Vivoactive HR.
is there any other way to connect the phone to the watch without using the Garmin connect app?
