I'm trying to load a Sprint Triathlon training program onto my Garmin watch and have a few questions:
- Most of the workouts seem to be in Z1, which is super low for me (my max heart rate is 184). When I do normal runs, I'm almost always in Z3 (aerobic)... 130 - 145. What's going on here? I'm not sure if I should recalibrate my heart rate zones on the watch, or if the heart rate zones are fine and the workouts are just light and I should edit them all?
- Anyone understand the difference between training programs marked LEVEL 1 and those marked LEVEL 2? I guess LEVEL 2 is harder, but how do I decide which is right for me?
