Notifications

I have a Garmin Vivoactive HR. Starting on Friday it will not clear out the notifications showing from my phone. I have read my text messages on my phone but my watch still says I have 24 unread notifications. Anyone else having issues. I have updated my watch and have also turned it off and back on again. But it still is showing the old text messages that I have already read. It doesn't give me the option to dismiss them either. Help!!! :(

I'm having the same issue. The notifications for text messages never disappear, no matter whether I read them on my watch (Garmin FR 630) or on my phone (Android). Only switching off/on smart notifications for text messages in the phone app deletes the notifications.

Having the same problem

My notifications have always cleared as soon at a read the text message on my phone (Samsung) until a few weeks ago.

Now I can not get rid of the notification on my Garmin Vivosmart HR. Turning the text notification off and on again does clear it.

However I don't want to do that and I don't think I should.

Can you please fix the problem ASAP.

+1 - me too.

Rebooting my phone clears all read notifications also, but again, one should not have to do this.

Has anyone else submitted a bug report? I just did so (via the app on phone: Menu-->Help-->Provide Feedback-->Report a Problem/Technical Issue). More such reports might encourage their development team to look at the issue.
