For the triathlon we train a method that is named "transitions". This kind of training consists in make series of running and biking and some times diferents intervals during the bike sector. Usually this can be at indoor (treadmill and spinning bike) or outdoor like normal sport...
For example: 20 minuts bike and 5 running to start, 4x(5 minuts cadence 110ppm + 5 minuts cadence 80ppm + 5 minuts running hard) + 5 minuts walking
Can you create this kind of app for training? And for session training?
