I recently bought a Vivosmart HR watch and am concerned to see frequent random heart rate spikes of up to 146 bpm while just sitting at work (and once it showed a scarily low 37 bpm). I check my pulse and it all seems fine. However when I swipe the display on my watch right to show the "last 4 hours" display these high readings are not recorded, and neither are they recorded on the Garmin Connect app on my phone. So I'm wondering if my heart really is beating mega fast for no reason and the app is not recording it, or is my watch faulty and just showing wrong high reading on the watch hr display?
Has anyone else had anything similar happen??
