Heart rate not sync with strava

Hi

I have a garmin connect and strava properly connected so far, but this last activity looks cannot be properly synchronized. The activity is created on strava, but just time of the activity is sent, no information about Heart rate.

Let me clarify this is an indoor activity, so no speed or elevation is needed. I have synchronized previously indoor activities and heart rate info was properly sent to strava and graph showed.

I have tried to upload manually exporting from garmin connect and I got the same result.

Also confirm that I can see the info on garming connect activity.

Any Idea?

Can anyone help here? I am not sure what is happening and i would like to have all sync with strava, where i had all my historical info.

Have you asked Stava why they are not displaying the data Garmin is sending to them?

Looks okay to me. Far as I can see, the data is the same on both sites.

I have noticed the same issue with all of my indoor biking activities (without speed sensor) when viewing through the APP. However on the Strava website they display just fine :), have you looked on both platforms?

I believe the app is displaying the Heart Rate on the graph based on distance - my Spin at the gym activities have no distance...so it can't be displayed properly maybe. My suffer score and HR zones display properly as a premium member still.

Now that I have a speed sensor for my bike, my trainer activites display as expected.

When I log a weight lifting activity or similar - the app also doesn't show HR...or suffer score...on the APP, on the website I can see the HR graph however.

Heart rate not sync with strava

It could be related, but on previus tracks it show the graph by time, instead of distance:
