How can I restore an accidentaly deleted activity?

Hi everybody! I've accidentally deleted an activity in Garmin Connect. However, it is intact in my Garmin Forerunner 305. I tried to reupload it from my watch to Garmin Connect.
To no avail, unfortunately! It seems that Garmin Connect rejects deleted activites in the process of synchronization. How can I bypass it and restore the deleted activity in Garmin Connect?

On the 305 there is an option to 'Transfer All' somewhere. Dig through the menu trees, or check the manual. I think it's under history, but my memory is fading... The other option is to find the file on your PC and manually upload from Garmin Connect. Not sure where the files are stored now, but you'll find the information somewhere on the interweb.

If you still have Training Center, you sync into training center and then export the file to import into Connect.
