Multiple steps to workout

Hi all,

Trying to add multiple steps to a bike workout's interval that I am creating.

For instance:

4 mins, Power zone 3, cadence 95+

Am I missing something or is it only possible to add two steps to an interval?

  • The short answer is no, you can only have two parameters; the first and an option intensity target. However you were referring to Steps; Steps are the Do this - Then This. Not a control point to define the parameters.
