Time Zone Map 19.00 not updating

On Garmin Connect I have a note in Device Synchronization: Software Update "Time Zone Map, version 19.00". I click on "send now", but nothing happens and the note remains.
All the other notes synchronizes normally.
I tried to uninstall the FR235 on Garmin Express and reinstall it, but no result.

yesterday, without any particular action, the update was succesfull...
