software update error

i am having a problem updating my Garmin Cronos. I get the error system error. no help no other way to find out whats the issue over this week.
overall find Garmin support very poor, too many applications, no place to contact support only a Useless FAQ!!!
disappointed!

I am also an update error. Mine is "not enough storage space available" although the available space in Fenix 3 device is over 950K. Software version is 4.00. Sometimes it sync sometime not. Bluetooth remains open and close enough all the time. I keep receiving above every now and then and it is very ennoying. I tried power off/on, restore default but no vail
