Garmin fenix3 PR vs Garmin Connect PR

Hi,

My Garmin Fenix3 watch PR differs from what is shown in Garmin Connect. The PR data in the watch is updated and accurate but somehow it doesn't get sync (reflected) in Garmin Connect. Can anyone help?

2. I deleted 1 activity in Garmin Connect out of curiosity and thinking that it can appears after i synced but i'm wrong. How can i get back my deleted data?
