Uploading to Strava

Hi,
I ran yesterday for the first time in a few weeks & the activity is showing in the Harmon connect app but won't connect to Strava. I've tried disconnecting & reconnecting several times in Strava but no luck.
Can anyone help please?
In Garmin Connect go to your account information page - https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/accountInformation Under the applications section, you should see Strava with read permission. You might need to revoke access, then go back to Strava and disconnect/reconnect GC.
