Had tried uninstalling. Hadn't tried the reboot in between but now I just did and no luck. Still the same. It was working flawless for more than a month used regularly. Why this now??!
I'm on Samsung Galaxy S 5 with Android 5.0
It won't let me sign in and doesn't respond even to creating a new account.
OK once I press "Sign In" it just won't get past the screenshot... What happened!?! It was working fine... And now nothing...
This is exactly the problem I have! My new HR worked for about 3 hours and then apparently the APK auto-updated from Google Play and then nothing but the blue line after that.
I reverted back to 3.10 from a backup. Also, here is a website that lists all of the Garmin Connect versions. I do not know anything about this site, but it appears to be a good site. However, use with caution. I would think that Garmin would have previous versions available in case of the need to roll-back.
just got a vivoactive hr and installed the app on a galaxy s5. When I try to sign in the app, I get the blank screen described in the thread. Tried rebooting the phone but no difference.
I suggest you folks setup your Connect account on the web site and then try to log in to the already created account in the app. It might be a way to avoid what sounds like a bug.
thanks for the reply. I had already set it up on the web. I also get nothing happening from the app installed on a galaxy tablet. It seems to not like samsung.
I'm syncing the watch with the usb/charger but that's a pain to have to do every day.
