Gamin Connect application is seriously flawed

Had worked hard all on November to make my 15K step goal. Annihilated my daily goal streak of 11 days on 11/24, which should have been day 24. Had 14989 steps at 8 am and did a sync to see how close I was. Then went home after holiday with family and walked my dogs. The watch vibrated at goal and I walked another 500 steps minimum. All together I had 16K plus steps but noticed the battery was down 1 bar. Took watch off and charged it. Then went to bed around 2am and synced it and it shows 11/24 stuck at 14989 steps? Of course if I contact Garmin they won't do a darn thing. Instead of getting the entire month above goal encountering the elements of Michigan I am now unable to meet my goal because of this stupid Garmin Connect application.

    hi,

Did you ever get a reply, I have the exact same problem with a new MARQ watch if I don't sync the watch before I put it on charge I loss the last period of steps, I have been making sure I do my 10k a day for 200 plus days and last week I know I did the steps, but forgot to sync the mobile (which was not with me) the following morning it recorded only 9000 even though I know I did more.. I'm 90% its when I split the mobile and watch and it's not sync before I put the watch on charge (circ. every 3-4 days).

While it might be a small bug it's very annoying.
