Unable to upload my sessions from my FR610 : Garmin Connect-Express connection issue

Hi,

Since more than 3 weeks, I have an issue uploading my sessions from my FR 610 to Garmin Connect, using Garmin Express.
You can see the error with the joined JPEG.
Is there someone that can help me ? Even a people from the Garmin Support Team is welcome ! :(

    I can't sync or upload as well. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

    FR 610 connect issues

    neither can i i also have a FR 610 previously no problems .....something has changed on express/ connect i suspect.....anyone else having problems anyone from Garmin support feel free to join in and help i also previuosly posted about this with no response yesterday?

    mine dosent actually show as error like yours its all green it says it has synced but just dosent show up in connect.....
  • This forum is for user-to-user support and Garmin Support may occasionally read here, but that is not guaranteed. It is better to give them a call.

    I am not familiar with the FR610 and not very familiar with Express, but you may find files on your PC that have been retrieved via ANT+ and are stored before Express uploads them to Connect. Because the upload fails, they are likely to be still on the PC. Probably in a directory that is not easily found. If you find them you can manually upload them to Connect.

    310XT having same issue WILL NOT Synch

    I have been having the same issues on my 310XT same error message! Support advised to delete some files but it did nothing. I tried on my desk top and laptop still will not work. Looks like they recently did an upgrade on connect could be the cause of the issue. Very unhappy with garmin support!
