Importing Fitbit Data to Garmin Connect

I loaded several months. The current months loaded okay but older months didn't fully load. Jumping on this thread to find a solution.

I checked again and noticed my weights and body fat imported, just not any of my step data.

I doubt you'll get the steps. Fitbit and Garmin use different step calculations for one, and also, they'd impact your Garmin Step badges. My FB steps are simply historical data now (I switch 2-3 years back)

In the same way, I doubt FB would accept steps from Garmin.

I got the steps via import...the data is fine for some months and incorrect for others.

I also read on DC Rainmaker about it as i was not aware it was possible.

Any idea who to mail at garmin about it ? i see the following error when i try get support mail address:

I get the same error on your link seems to realize i am in south africa and change to en-ZA and throws the error. Grrrrrr!

After a few emails to Garmin Support, I received the following message:

This is something that we're aware of and are working very hard to resolve. We have created a case for this and have sent the information to our engineers. We currently do not have a timeline but our engineers are working on coming out with an update to fix this. If you would like we can add you to the case so when this is resolved we can notify you. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
