Low battery

The low battery indicator for my Vivofit came up on my laptop. I replaced the battery and did sync but the low battery indicator is still there. How do I get rid of it?

low battery alert

After changing the batteries add a little Vaseline to each of the batteries. Poof! The alert goes away.
