Can't add new gear

When I try to add new gear, I get "Sorry, we were unable to process your request. Please try again."

I'm having the same problem!! :(

I've been having the same problem with adding gear all weekend, so for me it isn't fixed.

looks like i just got lucky then but i definitely managed to add new gear.

try removing the default setting from your old gear before adding the new one...i think thats what i did but i have no idea if it affected the outcome in any way.

Not sure that anybody's ever said that. it's quite unlikely that complaining in this forum had much to do with it either. This is a peer-to-peer forum rarely blessed with the presence of Garmin folk.

Can't add gear

I haven't been able to add gear for at least a week. Has anyone found a fix to this?
