Edge 820 - Time vs Moving Time vs Elpased Time

On my Edge 820, with AutoPause turned ON and is working as it should, That data when uploading to GC shows Time, Moving Time & Elapsed Time exactly the same. With that, my average speed and average moving speed are also the same. Anyone else having this issue?
I had an Edge 520 prior to the 820 and it calculated times and speeds accurately. Never an issue.

Same problem with my Edge 520, it will upload the data correctly then in about an hour Garmin Connect will change the Move time to be the same as the Elapsed time. I reported it to Garmin support a few weeks back but still have the problem.

I also have this issue. I tot I was having a memory lapse. the numbers change!
