Where has the manual file upload gone?

I logged in this morning to upload my commute (computer too locked down to install Garmin apps) and found that the manual file upload option has gone. Please put it back!
Looks like I found the answer to my own question - it's now on a seperate page under "import data" - my old bookmark for upload took me to the new "how to sync" page!
