Runs not syncing to other services

I have 4 runs from between Oct 13th and Nov 8th that appear in Connect but won't sync to either Nike or Strava. I did a "Run" for 1.5 minutes with my Fenix 3 on the couch here and as soon as it did a Wifi transfer it showed up on both Nike and Strava. So why won't those 4 runs sync to either service? Pretty frustrating, and I was blaming Nike for the problem when it appears to be Garmin messing up.

Same problem here, runs to Nike+ stopped syncing for me around October 18. Strangely enough, biking data is being synced to Nike, including GPS data.

Syncing to Nike Plus Running seems to work again, at least some biking activity from the end of October showed up under activities and some hiking data has been added as well, including the Garmin watermark and all relevant data, such as heart rate, climb up/down, etc.
