So my Garmin Edge 1000 does round trip routing but often I find that it takes a while to find a route that I like, and as it only shows 3 routes at a time, sometimes I can find one that I could ride but I want to explore other options which means losing that potential route when I search for new ones.
Is there some way to incorporate the round trip routing into the garmin connect website so that you can search for a route based on distance or elevation and then save that to your routes and download it onto your garmin edge? I can only imagine doing it online would be not only quicker than it is on the Edge but also make it easier to keep rides that you might not be 100% sold on but still fancy keeping around in case you can't find another you prefer.
The other option I suppose would be adding a feature to the edge itself allowing you to save a route that you've found before you've actually ridden it but that would probably belong in another forum.
