Why no "Google Fit" integration?

Why doesn't Garmin Connect support "Google Fit", like it supports "Apple Health". It's not because Garmin Connect supports 3rd party apps extensively...

No Google Fit?

I'm wondering this same thing. I just bought a Garmin Vivosmart HR, and I guess I just assumed that it would work with Google Fit, especially after seeing some article about them partnering…

No Google Fit?

I'm wondering this same thing. I just bought a Garmin Vivosmart HR, and I guess I just assumed that it would work with Google Fit, especially after seeing some article about them partnering. Unfortunately, it doesn't. I'm now thinking I'll need to return the vivosmart fitness tracker in favor of something that can play well with others.

Very disappointing, as I really liked the device other than it's poor integration support.
