Connect IQ apps not syncing to Edge 1000

Hello,

New to the forum. Please forgive me if this has been covered already. I'm unable to sync any Connect IQ apps to my Edge 1000. Either via the Connect IQ app on my phone, or the connect.garmin.com site on my computer. Whenever I visit the Connect IQ store, and select an app I want to appear on my Edge, it does not show up on my Edge 100 device. I am able to see the store, and select "download" on all the apps. The download appears to be successful, and the sync from IOS Bluetooth says "complete", but the app does not appear in my activity profiles. Any of them. No matter which app I download, it does not appear on my Edge 1000. I am updated to the newest firmware: 10.0.0.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
