Garmin Connect and MFP not syncing!

I can no longer send MFP calories to Connect and Connect won't send calories back to MFP. I cannot even connect MFP to Garmin Connect. It tries to open up a webpage but it freezes and doesn't work.

THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED.

Edit: This acts the same way for MFP and Connect on iOS and Android, because it sends and gets info to the Garmin Connect site...

    I am having the same problem: no calories exchanged. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting; it will connect, but workout calories do not transfer to MFP. I even deleted and reinstalled both apps (iPhone 6S). No luck.

    I put in a ticket about this last weekend and got informed from MFP that they released an update (iOS here not sure for android) yesterday. It didn't show up for me until last night but since I updated MFP everything is working again like usual. Try the latest MFP update that came out yesterday....it should fix this for you guys too.

    Thanks for the tip! I just found the update and noticed a note about "partner exercises disappear from people's diaries." Hoping it works.

    same integration problem

    I can not see calories consumed on garmin connect. I tap the log in calories button...it takes me to MFP where I've already entered my calories for the day... but nothing changes. In MFP, I've gone to "steps" and tried to "add a device", clicked on garmin connect, the "connect" button is grayed out...when I click it, it takes me to the connect.garmin.com where I'm logged in. I go to calories in/out and nothing is showing from MFP. I have synced...nothing. It says connected with MFP and "go to reports to see more data" where I can click...and it takes me back to MFP where everything is correct. BUT - nothing is integrated... just 2 sites sending me between them to see my information. PLEASE HELP A FRUSTRATED BLONDE!!

    ...and a frustrated redhead. The MFP update did not fix the problem.

    this problem has affected people on and off for years.

    literally hundreds of posts about it - why they dont provide log files to aid self diagnosis i have no idea.

    PLEASE FIX THIS GARMIN - OR PROVIDE A WAY TO FIX IT OURSELVES

    • It’s 2020 and I have the same problem ... connect does not display “consumed” data from  mfp

    What happens when you go to Calories In/Out in Garmin Connect Web, and click Sync Now?

    Thanks - i don’t get a sync now option, I get the button to go to mfp which I do and I can do everything I need to in there for my good diary (ie I am logged into mfp) but that data does not pass to garmin connect even if I go into the mfp. Menu and press sync from there


    any advice?
