Map not shown in Garmin Connect even though GPS is working

I have been using my Garmin Fenix 3HR for 6 months and been extremely satisfied with the sync to Garmin Connect/Strava. However, last week the maps are not longer shown in Garmin Connect or Strava, even though the GPS isworking (pace, distance etc are logged and displayed.)

Any solutions to this?

Also have the same issue

Garmin connect not displaying maps of runs and bike activities this week. I have made sure the GPS is on, but no maps?
