Runs not synching or exporting to Run Keeper

The last two weeks my Garmin Connect suddenly stopped synching to my Run Keeper account. I have tried to export the GPX or TCX file. Either I get an "HTTP Status 500" report saying there was an error; or, if I am able to download the exported file, when I try to upload to Run Keeper, it says it is not a valid GPX or TCX file. Any help with being able to fix this issue?
