I have a garmin fenix 3 hr, after the last update i'm having a problem with the connect iq watch faces. After coming out of an activity it defaults ot the original digital watchface, when i go to settings it shows the connectiq watch face , i'm using the cigolona watch face. Few seconds later it restarts , also after the last update battery drain seems faster, i'm attaching the error.log from my watch
  • If you're not seeing a hard crash (starting with the Garmin Logo), the watchface itself crashed and not the watch and there will be a file in \garmin\apps\logs named ciq_log.txt that might give the developer some info. You may want to use 'Contact Developer' for the watchface in the app store and pass on the content of that file.

    it's hard crashing

I'm sorry i should've been more specific it's a hard crash . The watch restarts with the garmin logo.

  • It still might be best to use 'Contact developer" and get the developer in the loop. (and pass on the err_log file)

    Happens with other watchfaces

I did contact the watch face developer, and to check i changed my watchface from cigolona to superb , unfortunately the hard crash is still happening. It happens after both the preinstalled pool swimming activity and the 7 min workout i installed from the store. So i am not sure where or what the problem is
