Getting Dropped from Challenges

Last Monday, after I completed the previous week's Challenge, I found that Garmin Connect had dropped me from the Challenges and I had to rejoin. The same thing has happened this week. Is anyone else having this issue?

Just gone back in after posting this, and it's now added me to this weeks Challenge without me having to rejoin, so looks like it was a glitch.
