My Garmin Fenix 3 recorded my cycling miles today. I downloaded the activity to Garmin Connect, but I accidentally deleted this activity from Garmin Connect. The event still shows up in my Garmin Fenix, but when I try to re-upload the activity, Garmin Connect still does not show it. I even re-synced. How do I re-upload the activity from my Fenix 3 to Garmin connect again so the activity shows up?
I am also interested to know whether that is possible..
as there are problems with the personal records i was planning to delete the file on Garmin Connect and as it is still on the Fenix 3 i was planning to re upload it...if possible
Hello Phil
Thanks a lot for your advice
that did the trick !
i deleted my activity and after uploading it manually with the Fenix 3 connected by USB it suggested my new 10k record which has disappeared
I am trying to do the same (upload activity again from watch to garmin connect). I loogged in to garmin connect, pressed upload button, but here i have the option to import a gpx, tcx or kml file. My activity is on the watch...how to add it back ro garmin connect? thank you
With the Garmin connected to the computer it will show up as an other drive. Open it and go to the Garmin/Activity sub-directory. That list all of the activities by the date. Find the file and then upload it to Connect
I want to upload an activity from Garmin Connect that has been deleted from my Fenix 3 as I want to ‘race against activity’. I can’t figure out how to do it! Help please. Thanks in advance.
If you want to race an activity that is no longer on the watch, you can reload it by viewing the activity in Garmin Connect, then click on the cog icon and choose "export as original". If you get a ZIP file (not always), unzip that, connect Fenix 3 to computer and put the FIT file in the ACTIVITY directory.
