Garmin Connect Mobile for Windows 10 Mobile

I have been running Garmin Connect Mobile for Windows 10 Mobile for quite some time, under the Windows Insider program, without any issues.

However, just lately the app has been having issues. The latest release, 1.10.1.0, and the previous release, installs OK and will run fine. Once. On trying to run the app a 2nd time it starts to load and then shuts down. Uninstalling/reinstalling results in 'run once' only.

Anyone else having this problem? Is it a Garmin problem with the app, which is my guess as the app used to run just fine? Or is it a Windows Mobile problem, which I do not think is the case as earlier builds didn't have this problem?
