Not syncing with myfitnesspal app

MFP has sync issues

I'm having that too. Debugging a little shows that the MFP app isn't syncing with the MFP website. MFP website and Garmin are fully in sync. So it's an MFP sync issue (if you're having the same problem I am)

MFP app <----> MFP service <------> Garmin service <----> Garmin app <----> Garmin device

I'm having the same trouble. I'm trying to sync with My fitness Pro in the Garmin Connect app and it keeps saying that the last sync was Jan 20, 2017.
It won't transfer my steps and info to my fitness pro and the food calories won't transfer to Garmin Connect either on the websites or in the apps.
Is there a fix for this? Is this a Connect problem or a Myfitness pal problem or both?
