Categorize Events as Races

Good Morning,

Is there a way to categorize an event as a race for future reference? So for example, I want to compare times of all 5K races over a period of time, or list all of the races I competed in over a period of time.

One way is to open the activity, then change the event type to "race."

Hmmm. In the Calendar view of Garmin Connect, when I click "quick edit", I don't see "race" as an option, only street running, trail running, treadmill.....

Not in the calendar. Open an activity. Change "event type," as in the image below.
