can Ipost a photo to social media?

Is there any way to take picture during a workout, add it to garmin connect with workout stats and then post to social media? I see it done with other apps like nike+, runkeeper... fitsnap?? Anyway, I'd love to share photos from my adventures but can't figure it out!
