Wrong step counting

Hello,
I have a Vivosmart HR, and everything was working fine until now. At some point today I restored the defaults on the device as it seemed a bit laggy. After that everything returned to work fine. However, Garmin Connect app (ad website) refuse to add the steps I have walked since to the daily count, despite showing them in the graph. The floors climbed count did add the extra floors.
Does anyone know this problem?
