Cannot sync with Garmin connect

Since 4 days I cannot sync my workouts or agenda with Garmin connect.
Garmin express does sync but only activitys. When I want to sync my next workouts with Garmin connect I get an error
that it's not possible at the moment and Garmin express is not reacting to sync.

I tried everything, reinstall Garmin express, delete watch in Garmin connect and I did a hard reset on my Fenix but nothing worked so far.
