As part of a drive to change the way we engage at work, I'm trying to measure my efforts to "manage by walking around" (rather than my reports, meetings, and emails). I thought that I'd easily be able to visualise this by getting a histogram of my daily steps from Garmin Connect and show when I'm walking around (we've targeted 9am - 10am for floorwalking). However it doesn't seem so easy.
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to get more granularity on when steps are taken than the day by day report here (https://connect.garmin.com/modern/report/29/wellness/last_seven_days).
