Odd character showing up in activity web page = Â

I'm seeing this odd character showing up in many spots on the webpage and I am pretty certain it is not limited to my computer. (I've tried it on a few different machines.)

Anyone else experiencing this?

I've been getting them as well; noticed them in the temperature section as in your picture.

Shouldn't be there but is doing no harm.
