Last 4 outdoor training sessions all data from my Forerunner 630 are imported as usual, but the map is missing! Never happened before so I wonder if anyone recognize this?

    Missing maps

I have got the forerunner 235. I'm getting crazy too. I didn't know what to think and then fortunately I noticed that I am not alone. I can see my friends activities and maps...but no maps for my activity 🤔😥read about the turning off and on again the watch. Let's hope that it will work for tomorrow's session.

My Garmin 235 has been doing this too. Very frustrating! I have just tried turning it off and back on again so hopefully that fixes the issue.
  • Most of the posts related to this issue are being reported here. As some have stated, the quick resolution seems to be powering off the watch then on again. After that I would do a short test before taking it out for anything serious.

I'm experiencing this same problem with my Fenix3

After using this device on a regular basis without issue since mid-July this year, I experienced this issue for the first time yesterday with my Fenix3, software version 7.60.

I recorded two activities yesterday - a walk in the morning, followed by a long run. The map data was provided for the walk, but not the run.

I also noticed the time is off by 3 or 4 minutes, as compared to my cell phone and cable box, which are consistent with each other.

It's technology. I expect bugs now and then, but I also expect Garmin to eventually square away these problems. They're making a killing on all these mostly redundant platforms, they should be making this a top priority if they haven't done so already.

Killing the watch and back on again has been appeared to determine this issue. I don't think it will bring back the sessions without the maps, yet you ought to have maps after you do my Dissertation for me!
