Can't sync Heart Rate Zones(by %HRR) settings.

I posted this thread in Fenix 3 sub-forum before, but no replay from Garmin Beta team. I don't know this issue related to Fenix 3 or Garmin Connect, so I post here again. Hope Garmin can fix this.

I set Heart Rate Zones on Garmin Connect as below:

Based on: %HRR
Max.HR: 192
Resting HR: 65
Zone 1: 59%-74% (140-159)
Zone 2: 74%-84% (159-172)
Zone 3: 84%-88% (172-177)
Zone 4: 88%-95% (177-186)
Zone 5: 95%-100% (186-192)

But After I synced with my Fenix 3(FW 7.20) , Heart Rate Zones on the watch is like this:

Based on: %HRR
Max.HR: 192
Resting HR: -- (Blank)
Zone 1: 73%-83%
Zone 2: 83%-90%
Zone 3: 90%-92%
Zone 4: 92%-97%
Zone 5: 97%-100%

I synced with my watch by GCM/WiFi/Garmin Express, and all failed. So I tried to set each heart rate zone and enter my resting heart rate manually, but these settings on the device is overridden with those incorrect values if synced with Garmin Connect, .

Note that if I set Heart Rate Zones base on Max.HR, it works just fine.

I think that the values shown on the watch are the %max HR that correspond to the %HRR you set in GC. If that is the case, the zones will be the same (in terms of actual HR values) and the only error is "Based on %HRR" for the watch as this should say "Based on % Max HR"
