cannot connect vivosmart hr with samsung galaxy phone

ive a new replacement vivosmart hr

it says there is no app, yet ive downloaded the app on the computer and on my mobile, i cant seem to add the vivosmart to my bluetooth on the phone

any ideas anyone

Di you try to set it up through the app and not the phone's bluetooth? Did you put the VSHR is pairing mode?
