In Garmin Connect, check Settings/Display preferences/Measurement units to see that you are using metric. Then sync settings with device. And/or check units choice on the device itself.
After the latest Gamin connect APP update i can only add weight in pounds not kilos, everything is set to metric and kgs in all settings, ive synced the app to the watch etc, the only way i find i can up now update my weight is to find my user profile within the app and change the weight there... if i try to do it via the snap shot pages its pounds only.. it must be a fault/bug with the new update as this has never happened before then...

GCM for iOS has an update today. It fixed the issue. Now weight can be entered in KG
here 4 years later, it’s an issue again.. can’t add kilograms in weight or centimeters in how tall the user profile is.. everything else is setup for metric system..
