Garmin Connect / Vitality Insurance conenction problems

I have a Garmin Connect account that I am trying to link to my Vitality Insurance account, however I keep getting " A request token is required
We could not locate the application wishing to access your data. Please try again" on the connect website when clicking through from Vitality. My wife has connected hers without issue.

    Garmin VItality connection issues

    Hi,

    i'm also getting the same thing and have raised a request with both Garmin and Vitality getting no resolution on the matter yet.

    Can anyone let me know if they have resolved this yet?

    Hi

    I am now having the same issue - It had been working fine for months with my Garmin Edge Touring, then added a Garmin Heart rate monitor to Garmin Connect - since then, neither device is linked to Vitality and am getting the same error as you when I try to Link again.

    - did you her back from Garmin or Vitality?

    I'm also having a problem with this connection. My accounts are linked, however my activities are not being sent over to Vitality at all.

    I have 3 activities which should have given me points on Connect and are missing on Vitality yet show up on my Strava.

    Really not impressed with things at the moment as this seemed to happen around the same time the manual upload stopped working.
