No Map for activities downloading

As of a run on Friday and all runs after, no map details are downloading. I have a forerunner 235. Is this something I can fix or is this something that is happening to others?

    Same is happening to me with my activity today....
  • Do you mean you cannot see your track on a map on Garmin Connect site? I just tested and it looks fine.

    Same problem here. No map, exporting to strava gives no GPS data and downloading the GPX file gives a server error.... Has been happening at least since Saturday.

  • I've had the issue the last couple days as well. It seems all the activity data is there except for the map. At first I thought it was a Strava issue, but then I looked at Garmin Connect and saw there was no map there either. Hoping this gets fixed very quickly.

    Yes, all of the data and info is there, but there is no map with the route. GPS was definitely running, but for whatever reason, there isn't a map that goes along with the run. This was both on the phone app and connect online.

    When getting the FIT file directly from the watch ( via USB connection ) it appears that file is also broken, so it could be a firmware issue.

    Same problem here. No map data on the Garmin Connect site OR Android app since October 7. I'm on a Forerunner 235, running 5.40(e121039). I also connected the watch to the computer and synced using Garmin Express, but that didn't fix the problem.
