Windows10 says it is unable to retrieve device descriptor and the Viviosmart is undetected. Device Manager shows the USB device with a yellow exclamation triangle and it isn't possible to update to a new driver. Garmin Express searches indefinitely, trying to find Viviosmart. Reinstalling Garmin Express has no effect. Can you suggest how to get this working? Thanks
