Etrex 20 not opening tracks from G connect

Hello, can anyone help with a new problem please?
Just loaded a new route to my etrex 20. It is storedin Route Planner. When I try to open it, it just buffers (red circle appears but never actually opens). Ihave tried splitting the route into 4 smaller files but still no success. This has never happened before.

Etrex 20 won't open route

Hello,
Can anyone please help wit a new problem with my Etrex 20? I have loaded the route and it is showing in Route Planner. When I select it to openit refuses. I just get the revolving red circle. I have tried splitting the file into four to reduce the size but no success. Has never happened before. Any suggestions please?
