So, I'm trying to do the Hanson's Half marathon training and I have to build a bunch of speed workouts. I think I got this worked out right but
was hoping someone could check my workout.
The pace for 400m's is 2:08, I think I have this setup correctly with a 5 secs both ways for some breathing room.
Any feedback is really appreciated.
